The physio as always was friendly and respectful towards me and my issues. She also made sure the information I gave could be useful in treatment plans.

The waiting room could had been cooler.

[name removed], my physiotherapist is the most knowledgeable physio I’ve ever met. He is kind and patient, whilst being professional and knowing when to “push” a little on progress. I truly feel that the NHS are lucky to have [name removed] as a physiotherapist- and I am extremely grateful for this on the NHS. Thank you.

I really can’t fault the service :) I was booked in fast, from point of doctor referral. Exceptional level of care from my physio AND to top it off the reception team at WBCH physio dept are very friendly and personal able too :) GREAT EXPERIENCE. Faultless :)
